Terms and Conditions for Entertainment at the International Spring Festival

I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions laid down for this event.
By participating as an entertainer or performer at the International Spring Festival (“the Event”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding upon confirmation of your participation.
1) Performance Requirements
1. Performers must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time.
2. Performers must adhere to the approved schedule and allocated performance duration. Any deviations must be pre-approved by the Event Coordinator.
3. Performances must not include inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. The Event Organizers reserve the right to terminate any performance deemed unsuitable.
2) Equipment and Setup
1. Performers are responsible for their own instruments, costumes, and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. The Event Organizers will provide basic staging, lighting, and sound systems. Specific technical requirements must be communicated at least two weeks in advance of the Event.
3) Health and Safety
1. Performers must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Event Organizers.
2. Hazardous or dangerous stunts, props, or actions are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
4) Payments and Penalties
1. Agreed performance fees will be disbursed after the completion of the performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Performers who fail to appear for their scheduled performance without at least 72 hours prior notice will incur a $200 “No-Show” penalty, which will be deducted from any fees owed or invoiced separately.
3. Late arrivals that disrupt the Event schedule may result in a partial deduction of the agreed performance fee at the discretion of the Event Organizers.
5) Liability
1. The Event Organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to any personal property of the performers.
2. Performers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their performance or actions during the Event.
6) Cancellation and Force Majeure
1. The Event Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or public health concerns.
2. In the event of cancellation, performers will be compensated for any services rendered up to that point but not for the cancellation itself.
7) Media Release
1. Performers grant the Event Organizers the right to record, photograph, and distribute media of their performances for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8) Governing Law
1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. By confirming your participation, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
